CUSTOM MADE DRESSES AND OTHER CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
MULTIPLE DRESS ORDERS:
Please note that flower girl and bridesmaid dresses for the same wedding or event should be purchased simultaneously and noted that separate orders placed are for the same event to avoid dresses being made from different die lots which can cause slight variations in colors. Please note that we are not responsible should this occur with dresses that are not noted to be for a single event or dresses ordered weeks or months apart.

CUSTOM MADE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are here to assist you in making your decision, color choices, etc. Our tulle flower girl dresses are custom made per you order and so we cannot exchange or offer refunds for our custom tulle dresses.
HAIR ACCESSORIES & NEWBORN ITEMS:
For Heath and safety reasons, I do not do returns or refunds on newborn items and hair accessories.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Feel free to ask any questions about our product before you purchase! If there is an issue with your item or we have made a mistake with your order you must contact us within 24 HOURS of placing your order to make changes.

(This is standard policy when dealing with formal wear, which is sometimes worn only once. Thanks in advance for your understanding). Because the items in my shop are often customized by the customer and because of items being purchased & used for photography purposes I do not offer refunds/returns. If you feel the item you received is misrepresented or that is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately!

ALTERATIONS & RE-MAKE FEES:
Each item is made to order so the customer can select every detail. There is a size chart and instructions for measuring on every listing. If measurements are not provided with order then the item will be made using our standard size chart.
If alterations are needed & measurements were not provided there will be a $25 alteration fee & the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including both the return shipping and sending out the replacement dress(es).

Dress lengths are measured from top of shoulder to hem or hollow to hem. Dresses ordered too short cannot be lengthened and so a minimum of $75 Re-make fee plus shipping will be charged plus the return of the original dress. Lauren Helene Couture retains the right to refuse to re-make any dress at any time and it will be the customers responsibility to purchase a replacement dress. Please note that our business receives in access of a hundred and more emails per week and so emailing custom wishes may be missed and is not acceptable as evidence of custom requests. Please include custom wishes in notes at check out with your order.  Rush fees will not be refunded & the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including both the return shipping and sending out the replacement dress(es).
Custom Dresses are sold by length and amount of materials required and please be sure to order dress of the correct length or request a custom listing when needed.

Colors can appear very different on a computer screen so if you are unsure about a certain shade or you are matching colors please request a color sample before ordering. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing a COLOR SWATCH before you order so you can see the color in person! We strive to have all our dresses photographed in natural lighting with minimal editing and no filters, etc. but lighting, editing and screen settings can make colors vary drastically. Once we received your return, refunds will be issued within approximately 3 business days.

NON CUSTOM RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We do happily exchange some of our other dresses that do not offer custom colors and custom lengths. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving if there is ever a problem with sizing etc. If an exchange is agreed upon, your item MUST be returned shipped in 3 days, unless other arrangements are made.

We will not accept returns if the item appears worn or is damaged or if it is past the return period of 3 days. Accepted returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Postage cannot be refunded.

For Heath and safety reasons, I do not do returns or refunds on newborn items and hair accessories.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Please note that we cannot be responsible for items once delivered to the postal service. You are welcome to purchase insurance so that you can file a claim for lost or stolen items should such an event occur.

RE-SHIPMENT OF RETURNED ITEMS:
Items returned due to incorrect or problem addresses will not warrant a refund and can be reshipped to customer’s correct address. Customer is responsible to re-shipping costs. Rush fees cannot be refunded.

1st class international packages cannot be tracked outside of the US and so may only show last port of exit such as New York. etc. We have never had an international package lost or fail to reach it's destination via the Postal Service but should such an event ever occur we cannot offer replacements or refunds on any international packages. Again insurance can be purchased if desired.

Please note that we recommend professional measuring for women's dresses to be sure your dress will fit perfectly.  Measuring in bare feet and then adding heel heigth plus a few extra inches is suggested as better too long than too short.
